If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Initiate Return
Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

Attach Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package, ensuring old labels are covered.

Drop Off
Hand your package to the designated courier. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
